Fellowship Diploma in Singing Teaching (Vocology)

In partnership with the National Vocology Institute (NVI), the Australian College of Vocal Arts (ACVA) offers an exciting professional course with certification that is designed to train, examine and accredit advanced singing teachers and vocologists.

Vocologists are voice specialists who are extensively trained in voice habilitation and mobilisation techniques, and vocal health promotion. Vocology integrates the medical, scientific, and artistic aspects of voice habilitation. It is highly interdisciplinary and spans multiple professions that research, train, and care for vocalists.

This advanced, challenging course is designed for experienced singing teachers, speech pathologists, singing voice researchers, choral conductors, vocologists and performers. Each module consists of practical and written components.
